मुंबई के बारे में सोचते ही मन में बॉलीवुड का ग्लैमर, गगनचुंबी इमारतों का नजारा और मरीन ड्राइव की रोमांटिक सैर आ जाती है. लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं, इस “सपनों के शहर” में अनोखे अनुभवों का एक खजाना छिपा है जो आपको हैरान कर देगा? भारी ट्रैफिक और चहल-पहल से हटकर, मुंबई के कुछ अनोखे कोने आपको एक अलग ही दुनिया में ले जाएंगे. तो चलिए, आज उन्हीं अनोखी जगहों की सैर पर निकलते हैं:
1. भूतापचा: समुद्र के आंचल में छिपा रहस्य
कल्पना कीजिए, समुद्र के बीचों-बीच एक गुफा हो और उसमें से झरना गरजता हुआ निकल रहा हो! जी हाँ, मुंबई में ऐसा ही एक जादुई नजारा “भूतापचा” गुफाओं में आपको देखने को मिलेगा. ज्वार-भाटे के साथ खुलने-बंद होने वाली ये गुफाएं मानो समुद्र का कोई गुप्त रहस्य छिपाए हैं. यहां नाव की सवारी कर सूरज को समुद्र में डूबते देखने का अनुभव अविस्मरणीय होगा.
2. डॉ. बाला साहेब ठाकरे वाडी: शहर के बीच जन्नत का टुकड़ा
मुंबई की हरी-भरी फेफड़े, डॉ. बाला साहेब ठाकरे वाडी में कदम रखते ही शहर का शोरगुल पीछे छूट जाता है. 112 एकड़ में फैले इस विशाल बगीचे में घूमते हुए आपको पंछियों का कलरव सुनाई देगा और आंखों को हरे-भरे मैदान, रंग-बिरंगे फूल, झरने और जानवरों का दीदार मिलेगा. यहां बच्चों के खेलने के लिए बड़े मैदान भी हैं, तो पिकनिक मनाने के लिए भी ये जगह एकदम परफेक्ट है.
3. छत्रपति शिवाजी टर्मिनस: कला का नमूना जो ट्रेन चलाता है
भारत का सबसे व्यस्ततम रेलवे स्टेशन, छत्रपति शिवाजी टर्मिनस सिर्फ ट्रेनें नहीं चलाता, बल्कि कला का सफर कराता है. इसका विक्टोरियन-गोथिक आर्किटेक्चर अवाक कर देता है. ऊंचे गुंबद, नक्काशीदार मेहराब और रंगीन कांच की खिड़कियां देखते ही आप भारतीय इतिहास और वास्तुकला की भव्यता में खो जाएंगे.
4. जेजे स्कूल ऑफ आर्ट: कला प्रेमियों का स्वर्ग
कला के दीवाने, जेजे स्कूल ऑफ आर्ट में ज़रूर जाएं! 1857 में स्थापित ये कला महाविद्यालय भारत के कई मशहूर कलाकारों का गढ़ है. यहां की गैलरी और संग्रहालय में पेंटिंग्स, मूर्तियां और कला के अन्य नमूने देखकर आप कला की दुनिया में खो जाएंगे. यहां होने वाली वर्कशॉप्स में भी शामिल होकर अपनी कलात्मकता को निखार सकते हैं.
5. मोहम्मद अली रोड: रात के खाने का स्वादिष्ट सफर
